Washington should stop all aid to the Jewish state, the conservative commentator has argued<\/strong><\/p>\n

The US has no obligation to give Israel anything and should cut off all aid to the Jewish state, conservative American journalist Tucker Carlson has said. Washington\u2019s association with what he described as Israel\u2019s \u201cmany crimes\u201d<\/em> has damaged America\u2019s global reputation, he argued.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Israeli Channel 13 in an interview aired on Tuesday, Carlson said that he was \u201cdisgusted by the way that Israel treats Arabs, like animals or subhumans,\u201d<\/em> and argued that the Jewish state has \u201clost its morality.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI think we should stop all aid to Israel, all special deals for Israel. Tomorrow,\u201d<\/em> he said. The US also has no obligation \u201cto lend its moral authority\u201d<\/em> to Israel, he added. Due to the US-Israeli war on Iran, Washington\u2019s relationship with West Jerusalem, while well-intentioned, \u201cis hurting the US very badly,\u201d<\/em> Carlson said.<\/p>\n

Carlson added that he blamed President Donald Trump for \u201cfolding under pressure from [Israeli Prime Minister] Benjamin Netanyahu\u201d<\/em> and pulling the US into a war with Iran \u201cthat is bad for the United States.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Carlson previously described <\/a>the president\u2019s true religion as \u201cIsraelism,\u201d<\/em> after Trump released a series of controversial religion-themed social media posts<\/a> and feuded with Pope Leo XIV<\/a> over the war on Iran.<\/p>\n

Despite being a staunch Trump supporter during his re-election campaign, the prominent conservative commentator has increasingly criticized the president on foreign policy.
